Stand Rental

(Minimum Stand Size 6 Sq. Metres)

Discounts: Bookings received before 1st December 2009 – 15%
Additional Discount if booking both the Autumn and Spring Events.

Full Stand Fitting €35.00 per Sq. Metre. (in addition to space only charge)
Back Wall and Sign €20.00 per Sq. Metre. (in addition to space only charge)
VAT is additional @ 21%

The Full Stand Fitting Package includes dividing walls, carpet and company name sign. Stand fitting is included on all stands up to 16 sq. metres. Electrics must be ordered separately if required including lighting.

Payment Terms

25% deposit on bookings received before 1st February 2009
100% on bookings received after 1st February 2010
Balance of payment due by 1st February 2010

Stands may be reserved by completing and returning the Application for Space form below, together with the appropriate booking deposit.

INSURANCE: As all exhibitors are required to secure public liability insurance and are advised to obtain cover for loss and damage, the organises have arranged a special, low cost insurance option that will provided to all exhibitors at an additional cost of €125 per stand. Exhibitors who have their own cover may opt out of this policy.

How to Book as Stand

Stand may be reserved by completion and return of the Application for Space Form together with the booking deposit.
